Lines- missed first act
We arrived before 5 expecting to be inside by the start time, especially since doors had been open for awhile. Parking was a breeze and the pedestrian bridge was great. However, no one knew where to go to get inside. The staff was as helpful as they could be but it was obviously too many people trying to enter through one set of doors. We specifically bought these tix to see Morgan Wallen and Bailey Zimmerman. Since it took us an hour to get inside, we missed Bailey Zimmerman and didn't know it until Morgan Wallen took the stage. Then the music was too loud and we couldn't hear him actually singing. We ended up leaving after a few songs. Very disappointing in that aspect. However, the venue itself was nice. I especially loved that you could by slices of cake and candy and pizza from carts moving around. And again, the staff was helpful and courteous! The biggest issue was the bottleneck at the doors with no clear indication of where to go. Hoping this improves before the next one!
